[Enter one young and confident superhero, who's noticed that daleks aren't exactly the most maneuverable of enemies, so he's not even breaking a sweat, staying out of the way and picking people out of the line of fire.]

[He turns on it and drops the device, the video catching a flash of the big heap of metal advancing on him as it falls. It bounces and rights itself with a burst of static.
When the picture refocuses, Tommy has his hands up before him. There's an odd swirl and blur, then--
BOOM!
Tommy's face comes back into the frame as the dust clears and he picks the camera up.]
I was saying, anyone need a lift?

[Running over sand isn't very easy-- the unsteady surface giving way slows him down as much as anyone else. Running over glass, going is a little easier, but stopping...]

There's a loud, resounding crash and shatter, the tinkle of shards spraying all over the place as he doesn't quite vault a park bench in time, followed by a heavy thud and much closer crack of plastic as he (and the device in his pocket) hits the ground.]

So this morning I woke up and looked in the mirror, and looked like Billy. And I was kinda pissed, because like, that creepy body-switching curse just happened last month to me and Euphie, so not fair that I pull it two months in a row.
But, nope. No blue glowy magic stuff. I look weird but I feel fine. Still speedy.
And Billy still looks like Billy. So now we both look like Billy.
I don't get it.

Okay, so today I learned something.
If you get stupid cursed and do something crazy, like basically take over a bar and buy everyone several rounds of drinks, because you think you can afford it and you tell the bartender to put it on your tab, you have to pay that tab. Even if you can prove you aren't whoever you said you were that day and the whole thing's just a crazy misunderstanding. Also, if youblew up broke a few chairs at some point in the evening, you have to pay for those too.
Even if it's totally not your fault.
