[ I'm not sure about the full extend of Nakago's abilities, but he can construct barriers? And I have no clue about Billy's abilities, so I don't know if that would work. ]

[ooc: I talked it over with Tommy's player and we kind of agree that it's pretty much impossible to capture either of the twins without some intensely specialized knowledge about them that no one in the City except Teddy has, not to mention access to some pretty bizarre equipment. However Thomas might be able to talk William round to an apology?]

We do not like to be insulted. Apparently this woman did not understand that. But no one is dead. Nothing has been done that cannot be undone, and I can assure you he will see to it.

I would prefer to avoid any further unpleasantness.
